HOUSTON, TX – March 5, 2009 – Houston-based Edible Software will launch a ‘recession-fighting’ food accounting software module at the 2009 Boston Seafood Show that will save wholesale seafood distributors many thousands of dollars in labor and payroll costs, “at a time when they need it most,” says the CPA whose company designed it.
“Our engineers were designing and perfecting our new accounting module, Edible Scan, long before Wall Street went bust,” said Henri Morris, the CPA who is president and CEO of Edible Software (www.ediblesoftware.com), a company that creates, sells and maintains accounting and inventory-control software applications exclusively for the wholesale food industry. “We didn’t realize we were coming up with a recession-fighting accounting tool, but that’s exactly what it turned out to be,” he said.
